Austin legend, musician, artist & muralist of the iconic "Hi, How Are You?" frog, honored with

“Hi, How Are You?” Day, recognized by the City of Austin & the State of Texas

to honor his contribution to the arts & mental health.


This is not for the faint of heart. Prepare yourself to become immersed in the world of Daniel Johnston.

  Whether you're a new or seasoned art collector, an "old Austin" Daniel fan or a new Austinite who's never

Chef Mitchell Allen is taking a cue from Daniel's love of food, vibrant color & energy, & being in the moment!  

Enjoy a four course meal with Marjory Johnston & gallerist, Deanna Miesch. Immerse yourself in “The What of Whom” 

art exhibit, with the requisite Daniel Johnston soundtrack.  Come with all your Daniel questions or just hear a tale or two.
